To assist with what plans to order, we have added a plan designation for Top, Medium and Low selling plans. Low selling plans have a max of 1, please use DMM for these plans.

To ensure you receive materials by 9/30, get your orders placed by 8/16.

Education material, brochures and flyers are now located in the MRC.

Paper applications have been removed from the enrollment books for the non-DSNP plans. You will receive 10 applications and 10 business reply envelopes on your first order. If you need additional applications, they can be ordered separately.

Your first enrollment book order will include:
1 Physician Rx search tool job aid
1 Agent cover letter
10 business reply envelopes
10 applications
1 sticker book per 10 enrollment book orders
Centerwell flyers in the amount of the Enrollment books ordered
5 OTC catalogs

Production information and important dates regarding your sales materials\deliveries may also be found here.

• Orders submitted from 7/12 to 8/16, will be delivered by 9/27
• Orders submitted from 8/17 to 9/13, will be delivered by 10/15
• Orders submitted after 9/13 will be processed after all prior orders are completed
